The RXR-YM60000D is a multifunctional intelligent firefighting and rescue robot specially designed for dangerous and complex rescue environments. It is widely applicable in subway systems, highway and railway tunnels, underground facilities, freight yards, petrochemical plants, refineries, oil depots, and other high-risk emergency rescue scenarios.
The robot is especially suitable for firefighting operations involving toxic gas leakage, large-scale smoke environments, flammable and explosive accidents, and other hazardous conditions where personnel cannot safely approach the scene. In addition to firefighting and smoke exhaust operations, the equipment can also perform real-time video monitoring, hazardous material handling, obstacle removal, and emergency rescue assistance.

The RXR-YM60000D is equipped with an advanced intelligent diagnostic system capable of real-time online monitoring of the smoke exhaust and firefighting systems, wireless communication modules, cameras, and main operating components. In the event of abnormal conditions, the system can automatically issue alarms and activate safety protection measures.
The robot features a 1080P high-definition low-latency image transmission system, allowing rescue command centers to receive clear and real-time video footage from the现场. The wireless transmission distance reaches up to 200 meters, ensuring stable communication during rescue operations.
Its intelligent pan-tilt camera system supports 360° horizontal rotation and 180° vertical movement, with zoom, focus, and infrared night vision functions, enabling efficient operation in dark and hazardous environments.

The RXR-YM60000D integrates multiple firefighting systems, including:
Remote-controlled water cannon with automatic flow adjustment up to 80L/s and a range exceeding 70 meters;
Foam cannon with a flow rate of 60L/s and a range exceeding 50 meters;
High-pressure water mist cannon equipped with 216 atomizing nozzles and an effective range of approximately 40 meters;
High-capacity smoke exhaust fan with an airflow capacity of over 60,000 cubic meters per hour.
The robot also supports multiple spray modes, including straight stream and fog spray, all controlled remotely via wireless operation.
The vehicle adopts an ATV hydraulic self-propelled tracked chassis with wireless remote control and emergency manual operation modes. It features:
Maximum climbing capability of 30°;
Ground clearance of 190mm;
Stepless speed regulation from 0–3 km/h;
Hose dragging capability up to 200 meters.
To improve rescue efficiency, the robot is equipped with a hydraulic bulldozer blade capable of clearing debris and obstacles at disaster sites, as well as constructing fire isolation barriers.
The hydraulic backup power interface can also drive external rescue equipment such as drainage pumps, hydraulic breaking tools, lifting devices, and mobile smoke exhaust fans.
Optional configurations include:
Dedicated transport vehicle for rapid deployment;
Audio alarm output system;
Autonomous obstacle avoidance system;
Hydraulic drainage pump for emergency flood drainage in underground garages, shopping malls, and tunnels.
