Service Principles
If the customer strictly follows the instruction manual and operates the vehicle normally, within one year from the date of purchase (subject to the vehicle factory registration card) and the driving mileage does not exceed 25,000 kilometers, any component damage caused by design, manufacturing or assembly issues shall be verified by the relevant vehicle service station and supervision department. Submit written documents to our after-sales service department within three working days, and we will provide Three Guarantees service after confirmation.
Specific services are as follows:
1. During the Three Guarantees service period, product quality issues are mainly covered by free repair (excluding wearing parts and electrical components).
2. Lifetime warranty. For products beyond the warranty period, only the cost of spare parts will be charged for replacement.
