Bulk cement tank semi trailer is used for transporting dry cement, fly ash, lime powder, mineral powder and the other powder which diameter is less than 0.1mm.
The shape of the tank could be V-shape or straight one. Compressor is equipped for loading and offloading.

Working Principle of Powder Tank Truck

The power of the automobile engine is transferred to the air compressor through the force taker and the transmission shaft, and the compressed air (or the compressed air connected externally) produced by the air compressor enters the tank. The powder material is fluidized through the fluidization device. Because of the pressure difference between inside and outside the tank, the powder material is transported to the material receiving equipment along the discharge pipeline with the air.

3. Filling and filling soil with alloy putty

4. Electrostatic powder coating

5. Heat curing 200-220°C high temperature baking
